Returns
- If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery. No reason is required.
- All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- To be accepted, returned items must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging, and accompanied by any included documentation.
- Returns are not accepted for products marked as NON-RETURNABLE in the product description. These usually include seasonal or customized items.
- This policy does not affect your statutory rights in the case of defective products.
- Evi Apostolou Jewellery reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or those not meeting the return requirements. Unauthorized or non-standard returns will be shipped back to the original delivery address.
Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchange.
- If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and then place a new order.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed once returned items have been inspected and accepted.
- Refunds will equal the value of the returned product(s) only (shipping costs are non-refundable).
- Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, or bank account, etc).
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Return Instructions
- To make a return or exchange, please follow the below instructions and make sure you send your item(s) back to us within 14 DAYS of receiving your order:
- E-mail us within 7 working days of receiving your order.
- You will then receive an email confirming your return request, information and instructions on how to arrange your return collection.
- Confirm your chosen compensation method.
- Once we receive and accept your returned package, we will contact you confirming receipt of your return.
