Cleaning Tips

Quick refresh: Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth to remove fingerprints and everyday dirt.
Deeper clean: Mix a drop of mild soap with warm water. Soak your jewelry briefly, then gently rub with a soft cloth or sponge. Rinse and dry well.
For stubborn tarnish: Line a glass bowl with aluminum foil, add hot water and a spoonful of baking soda, then place your jewelry in so it touches the foil. Leave for 5–10 minutes, rinse, and dry thoroughly.

Gold or Rhodium-Plated Jewelry

Because of this, orders typically ship within 3 to 7 business days. Please note these are estimated timelines and may vary depending on demand — especially during sales periods and holiday seasons.

What are the available shipping options?

If you’re located in Greece, you can enjoy shipping via BOX NOW and DHL Express. We offer FREE shipping in Greece for orders above 70€. For international orders, shipping is available via A’ Priority Registered Mail or DHL Express. FREE International Shipping is valid for orders over 160€

Can I track my order?

How do I return or exchange an item?
