All of my pieces are made-to-order, as I prioritize slow jewelry-making that highlights quality, craftsmanship, and sustainability rather than speed and mass production. So, my pieces typically ship within about 3 to 7 business days, but please keep in mind these are estimated times and can sometimes vary, depending on current demand, especially during busy seasonal periods.
What shipping options are there?
Domestic orders & Cyprus orders are shipped via BOX NOW, but if your area is not served by BOX NOW, your order will be shipped via DHL Express. All domestic orders above 70€ ship for free, while for Cyprus Free shipping is available on all orders over 160€.
For international customers, I offer paid shipping via A’ Priority Registered or DHL. If your order exceeds €160, you can enjoy free Shipping through A’ Priority Registered Mail.
How can I return or exchange my jewelry?
If you ever need to return something, don’t worry. You have 14 days from the day your jewelry arrives to send it back. I ask that you cover the cost of return shipping, and that the items are in their original condition and packed securely to prevent any damage. Feel free to reach out to me for guidance, and once I receive the item, I’ll process your refund promptly. We do not offer direct exchange, but you may refer to my Refund & Returns policy for more detailed information.
What if my package and jewelry arrive damaged or destroyed?
I want to assure you that I take care to package everything carefully. However, once it leaves my hands, I can’t be responsible for damages after dispatch. If anything does happen, please contact me right away so we can work together to find a solution.
How can I take care of my jewelry? Any tips?
It is natural that all sterling silver jewelry will tarnish or become dull over time. How soon, depends on your skin, air humidity and how you store it. To keep your jewelry in the best possible condition for as long as you possibly can I recommend putting it on last — after makeup, lotions, and perfume — to keep it looking beautiful. Be sure to remove it before sleeping, showering, swimming, or engaging in strenuous activities. Giving it a gentle wipe with a soft cloth now and then keeps it shining, and storing pieces separately will help prevent scratches and tangling.
